Dispute Resolution

The Platform is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs (law firms and comparable legal organizations), not to consumers. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with general laws. Pursuant to §§ 13 to 17 ECG, however, we are not obligated to monitor information transmitted or stored on behalf of third parties or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity (§ 18 ECG).

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard arises only from the time we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement.
